2026 Reservoir Project - Earthwork
Scope of Work
This scope of work included developing multiple site surfaces to support accurate earthwork calculations for a competitive bid. Existing and proposed grading models were refined to evaluate cut and fill volumes, optimize site balance, and provide reliable quantity estimates. Throughout the bidding process, multiple addenda required revisions to the surface models, ensuring earthwork calculations remained accurate and up to date with the latest design changes. This iterative modeling process provided the estimating team with dependable quantity information, allowing bid decisions to be made with greater confidence while minimizing uncertainty as the project evolved.

2026 Subdivision Project - Roadway
Scope of Work
This scope of work involved developing a finish grade model for a roadway serving a new subdivision development. Multiple model iterations were created throughout the project, including dirt grade, aggregate grade, and final pavement surfaces, to support each phase of construction. As the project evolved, numerous plan revisions and design discrepancies required continuous coordination between our team, the contractor, and the engineer of record. Through proactive communication and timely model updates, we ensured the grading model remained accurate, constructible, and aligned with the latest design intent.

2026 Roadway Project - New School Roadway
Scope of Work
This scope of work involved developing a finish grade model for a new roadway serving a school campus development. Existing and proposed grading surfaces were analyzed to generate accurate quantity calculations for aggregate base, asphalt pavement, and other roadway materials. The model also incorporated site drainage linework and related grading features to support construction activities. Q4 - 2025 - Roadway Project - New School Roadway
Scope of Work
This scope of work involved developing a finish grade model for an intersection redevelopment project designed to improve public safety and traffic operations.
